Josh Kelley (artist / songwriter)
Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Josh kelley released his solo debut, Change face in 2001, while attending the University of Mississippi. Kelley signed a recording deal with Hollywood Records and her mainstream debut, For the return home, found a top five single with “Amazing”. His second album Almost honest, included the top ten singles “Only You”. Kelley then released four independent albums, between 2006 and 2008; Georgia clay released in 2011 with MCA Nashville, and in 2015 New traffic lane with Sugar Hill Records. In 2017, he independently released a cover album, titled Under the covers, Flight. 1, and a holiday album, Christmas traditions. In November 2020, it comes out My baby and the group. His latest acoustic album, Disconnected from upstream studios, debuted on April 23 and presents 11 deeply personal and reinvented songs from his global work. Kelley produced every track on the album himself, including every instrument, while he was quarantined at his “Upstream Studios” home during the pandemic. This fall, Kelley will embark on a 14-date acoustic tour across the United States, starting in Nashville and ending in Seattle. Kelley has appeared on “TODAY”, “Good Morning America”, “The Ellen Degeneres Show”, “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “Live with Regis & Kelly”, “Rachael Ray” and “Last Call with Carson Daly” . His songs have been featured on shows such as “Smallville”, “Scrubs”, “Brothers and Sisters” and “The Hills” on MTV. Kelley also wrote and performed the theme song for the television sitcom “Mike and Molly”, composed the music for the feature film “Home Sweet Hell” and created the theme song for the Golf television channel. He currently resides in Utah with his wife, actress Katherine Heigl, and their three children.
